Shambree was born and raised in New Jersey where she was admitted to the bar in 2019.  Sham developed a strong foundation in law early in her career, starting at Bielan, Miklos, and Makrogiannis, a boutique family law firm. After gaining valuable experience in family law, Sham honed in on her passion for real estate law, when she relocated to North Carolina in 2019.

Sham was admitted into the North Carolina bar in 2020 and  since moving to North Carolina, has worked with prominent firms such as Triangle Property Law, Bagwell Holt Smith and The Law Office of Jonathan Richardson.

Sham believes that buying a house is one of the most important purchases in a person's life and takes great pleasure in guiding them through the process. Sham brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to residential real estate transactions and has extensive experience in resolving complex title related issues. 

Outside of work, Sham enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time playing soccer, hiking the beautiful trails of North Carolina, and trying new restaurants. A passionate Dallas Cowboys fan, Sham also loves sharing time with friends and family.
